  NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

  E30 Racing Inc.
  

  Our 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held as follows:

  Date: Thursday, 17 October 2024
  Time: 7pm sharp 
  Location: Shannons Boardroom, 40 Corporate Drive, Heatherton VIC 3202
  Please note there will be no allowance for virtual attendance to the AGM.  Attendance must be via proxy or in person.

  If you cannot attend our meeting, proxy forms will be distributed following the close of nominations on a date to be determined. 

  We will provide pizza and some light refreshments.  Please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.
