  Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting
  E30 Racing Inc. 

  Our AGM is just around the corner. And this year, we’re turning it up a notch!
  Kick things off at 10am with our first E30R simulator competition, then roll into the AGM, followed by more sim time and tasty toasties.
  Come for the updates, stay for the laughs and good times.

  Our simulator morning and 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:

  Date: Sunday, 26 October 2025
  Time: 10am (simulator sessions begin at 10am, AGM begins at 11am sharp)
  Location: Pro Racing Simulators, 56 High Street, Hastings VIC 3915
  Please note there will be no allowance for virtual attendance to the AGM.  Attendance must be via proxy or in person.

  Entries are open via the Winton Raceway Portal. 

  Please note: You will require either a AASA National Licence or Bridging Licence to compete in this event. For further information on those licences, login to the AASA website here.

  Looking for somewhere to stay nearby? Thanks to our friends at BMW Drivers Club Melbourne, WestWaters Mecure at Caroline Springs has extended the BMWDCM member discount to our members and is offering accommodation closeby to the track to our members at a rate of $129 per night. Bookings can be made by contacting reception (ph: 03 8358 055) and mentioning that Anthony Leydin has extended the BMW Nationals special rate to E30 Racing members.

• 2025 End of Year Celebration & Presentation Night

  This year we will again be celebrating our season of racing with dinner, drinks, and trophy presentation, upstairs at the Golden Gate Hotel in South Melbourne.

  Friends, family and crew are all welcome!

  
  

  What you need to know:

  • Date: Saturday 6 December, from 6.30pm
  • Location:The Coventry Room (upstairs), Golden Gate Hotel, 238 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne
  • Cost: Adults - $90 per person. Children: $70 per person. 
  • Dress: Smart casual 

  We will be sharing a 'Family Style' 3-course dinner, with a range of entrees, mains and desserts to enjoy as we reflect on another year of competition and camaraderie over a few drinks. There will be a limited bar tab, then drinks at bar prices.

  Please note that adult and child registrations must be completed separately.
